What are the lease terms?

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 12 to 16 months.

Are there income or credit requirements?

To qualify, the total household income should be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.

How can I pay rent?

Rent can be conveniently paid through the resident portal, via Flex Pay, or by personal check or certified funds (such as a cashier’s check or money order).

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome! We allow up to 2 pets per home. Please note that weight and breed restrictions apply. Contact our leasing team for full details.

What is the pet deposit or monthly pet rent?

A one-time pet fee of $300 and a $300 pet deposit are required. Monthly pet rent ranges from $35 to $70 per pet.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests can be easily submitted through the resident portal or by emailing the leasing office directly.
